These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving:

If we cancel an order for a reason that requires funds to be returned, any applicable payment reversal will be handled through the payment method used for the purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
All Butterlorette sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect scent selection, incorrect size or quantity, or other customer preference-related reasons.

1. Shipping
Shipping times, processing times, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other delivery circumstances are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Butterlorette is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
1. Heat-Sensitive Products
Certain Butterlorette products, including raw shea butter and whipped body butters, are sensitive to heat.
Exposure to high temperatures during shipping may cause products to soften or melt and may change their appearance or texture.
Heat-related changes do not necessarily mean the product is unusable.
Heat-related melting or softening is not eligible for a refund or return.
Customers are encouraged to bring packages indoors promptly after delivery and follow any product-care instructions provided by Butterlorette.

All content appearing on the Butterlorette website—including but not limited to:
• Brand name and logos
• Product names
